Steps to filing a claim
Call the insurance company directly and as soon as possible
Make sure you have your declaration policies (cover sheet) as the company claims number is normally on the page and make sure you have your current auto insurance id card as the claims number is on the back.
Time is of the essence!
The sooner you contact the insurance company and give a statement the quicker they can get an adjuster on your side. Also, the more detail you will remember as the longer you wait the more you may forget.

We can file your claim for you but, the insurance company will still need to get a statement from you before starting the claim process.
